Licence FAQ

How does verification work?

Offline, on your machine. The plugin never contacts a server, there is no account to create, and a licensed plugin keeps working forever with no internet connection.

How do I enter my licence?

Purchase delivers a signed licence block by email. Paste it into the plugin’s licence dialogue — audio is restored immediately, exactly where you left off.

Can I move it to another machine?

Yes. Deauthorize removes the licence from the current machine, returning it to trial state, so you can enter it on another. There is no activation limit.

What happens when the trial expires?

The plugin outputs silence and shows a persistent banner. Your session, settings and automation are preserved — entering a licence restores audio immediately.

I lost my licence.

Retrieve it from My Account using the address you purchased with. If that address is also gone, contact support with your order details.

Is anything held back in the trial?

No. The 30-day trial is fully functional from one installer — nothing disabled, nothing muted, no noise injected.

Licence reissue

Lost the licence email?

Retrieve it yourself. Enter the address you purchased with on My Account and the signed licence block is sent again — no account, no password, nothing to remember.

The same page carries the current installers and the instructions for moving a licence between machines.

Prefer plain email? Write with your order details and what you are hearing — a bounce of the section helps more than a description of it.

Before writing — quick checks
  • Plugin not in your DAW? Restart it — Logic rescans and validates the AU on launch. Check the DAW is not running in Rosetta.
  • Meters barely move? Your session is running well below the −18 dBFS reference — follow the STAGE IN prescription.
  • Banner says expired after purchase? The licence has to be entered in the plugin — verification is offline, so purchasing does not unlock it automatically.
