ZEROPINK

The paperwork.

Three documents, linkable from checkout. In the deployed site each lives at its own URL — /legal/privacy/ · /legal/terms/ · /legal/refund/ — on this shared template.

Privacy Policy

/legal/privacy/

ZEROPINK collects as little as it can and stores nothing you did not hand over deliberately. This page states exactly what that means.

What this site collects while you browse

Nothing. The site sets no cookies, writes nothing to local storage, and runs no analytics, tag manager, pixel, session recorder or advertising script. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Every asset — fonts, stylesheets, scripts, images — is served from zeropink.net. No third party sees your visit, because no third party is contacted.

The production aids under /tools/ run entirely in your browser. Values you type into the gain-staging calculator, the room-mode calculator or any other aid are never transmitted and never stored; reload the page and they are gone.

What the plugins collect

Nothing. ZEROPINK plugins do not contact a server. Licence verification happens offline on your own machine, so there is no activation call, no usage telemetry, no crash reporting and no update check. A plugin you have installed will keep working with the network switched off, permanently.

What you give us on purpose

Your email address, when you buy a plugin. It is used to send your receipt, your VAT invoice and your licence key. This is necessary to perform the contract you entered into by purchasing.

Your email address, if you retrieve a lost licence at /account/. It is used to look up the purchase and re-send the key, and for nothing else.

Your email address and, optionally, a first name if you subscribe to release announcements. Consent for this is separate, never pre-ticked, and never a condition of downloading anything. Free plugins are direct downloads and require no address at all.

Whatever you write to us by email. Support correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you write again about the same thing.

Who else handles it

Payments are handled by Creem, which acts as merchant of record for every ZEROPINK sale. When you buy, Creem collects your billing details, processes the transaction and handles the VAT. ZEROPINK never sees or stores your card details. Creem processes that data as a controller in its own right, under its own privacy policy.

Newsletter delivery, if you subscribe, is handled by an email service provider acting as a processor on our instructions.

That is the complete list. Your address is never sold, rented, traded, or passed to anyone for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

Purchase records and licence keys are kept for as long as the licence is valid — which is indefinitely, since a ZEROPINK licence does not expire — and as long as tax law requires the underlying invoices to be retained.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link; using it removes you immediately and without explanation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to its processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to us and we will act within one month.

One practical note on deletion: if you ask us to erase your purchase record, we can no longer re-issue your licence key should you lose it. The licence itself is a signed block that lives on your machine and keeps working regardless — but the copy we can send you would be gone. Keep a copy of the key somewhere safe first.

If you believe your data has been mishandled you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Terms of Service

/legal/terms/

These terms govern the purchase and use of ZEROPINK software. Buying a plugin, or installing a free one, means accepting them.

What you are buying

A purchase buys a licence to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code, or any intellectual property in it. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Creem is the merchant of record: your contract of sale is with Creem, which collects the payment and accounts for the VAT, and Creem’s own terms apply to the transaction itself. The licence to use the software is granted by ZEROPINK on the terms set out here.

What the licence permits

You may install and use the plugin on any machine you personally own or control, including a studio machine and a laptop, for commercial and non-commercial work alike. There is no activation limit and no per-seat count for a single user.

You may make backup copies of the installer and the licence key for your own use.

A licence is personal. It may not be shared with another person, sold on, sub-licensed, rented, or installed for the benefit of someone who has not bought their own.

What the licence forbids

Redistributing the installer or the licence key; publishing either where others can obtain them; reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software except to the extent that law expressly permits it despite this clause; removing or obscuring the ZEROPINK name or notices; or attempting to defeat the licence check.

Doing any of these terminates the licence immediately.

How verification works

Your licence is a signed block of text delivered by email. You paste it into the plugin once. Verification happens offline on your own machine: the plugin never contacts a server, so it will not stop working if we are offline, if your studio is offline, or in any other circumstance outside your own machine.

Purchasing does not by itself unlock anything — the key must be entered in the plugin. To move a machine, use the plugin’s Deauthorize control to release the licence there, then enter it on the new machine.

The trial

Paid plugins ship as a fully functional 30-day trial from the same installer as the full version. Nothing is withheld during the trial and nothing is degraded. When the trial expires the plugin outputs silence and shows a banner; your session, your settings and your automation are preserved, and entering a licence key restores everything immediately.

Free plugins

Free ZEROPINK plugins are free, permanently, with no licence key and no email address required. They are not time-limited, not feature-limited, and not trials. They carry the ZEROPINK wordmark, which links back to this site — that is the only thing asked in return.

Availability

We do not promise a release schedule, and we do not promise that any particular feature will ever exist. A plugin you have licensed keeps working whether or not another version follows, because it needs nothing from us to run.

System requirements are stated on each product page. We support the platforms listed there and cannot guarantee behaviour on systems, hosts or operating-system versions outside them.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as it is. We warrant that it is what the product page describes, and we will make a reasonable effort to fix defects you report — but we do not warrant that it is free of all faults or that it will suit a particular purpose.

We are not liable for lost work, lost recordings, lost sessions or lost income. Back up your work; this is true of all audio software, ours included.

Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated for future purchases; the version in force when you bought governs your purchase. Questions: info@zeropink.net

Refund Policy

/legal/refund/

Every paid plugin can be heard in full, in your own sessions, for thirty days before you pay anything. That is the honest way to avoid needing a refund at all — but refunds exist, and this is how they work.

Try it first

The trial is the full plugin, not a demo: same installer, same code, nothing withheld or degraded for thirty days. Run it on your own material, through your own monitoring, on your own machine. If it is not for you, uninstall it and nothing has been spent.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

Digital downloads are a specific case: that right ends once the download begins with your express consent, and you acknowledge losing it at that point. This is what you agree to at checkout, and it is why the trial exists — so that nothing has to be bought unheard.

When we refund anyway

If the plugin does not work on a supported system and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.

If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, we refund in full.

If you bought the wrong product by mistake and have not entered the licence key, write to us and we will make it right.

If something has gone genuinely wrong and none of the above quite covers it, write anyway. We would rather resolve it than keep the money.

What we will not refund

A licence that has been entered and used, where the plugin works as described and you have simply changed your mind. The trial period is there precisely so that this decision is made before payment.

How to ask

Approved refunds are issued through Creem, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method.

Write to us with the address you bought with and a sentence about what happened — no form and no order number needed: support@zeropink.net
