Retrieve my licence

Enter the email address you purchased with and your licence is sent again.

Entering the key needs a connection once, to activate. After that the plugin works offline: it re-checks quietly in the background from time to time, and if it cannot reach the server it carries on working — a licence check never blocks audio and never interrupts a session. An offline machine keeps making music for a long stretch before it needs to see the internet again. One licence covers more than one machine. Losing the email does not lose the licence — it can always be sent again from here.

Moving to another machine

This is done in the plugin, not on this site. One licence covers more than one machine at a time — a laptop, the studio machine, a spare — and moving beyond that means releasing a slot first.

Open the licence dialogue in the plugin and choose Deauthorize. That removes the licence from the current machine, returns the plugin to trial state, and frees the activation slot. Enter the same key on the new machine and it is licensed there instead.
